D3DP系列PARKER液动式换向阀工作原理派克六通阀有两组密封组件。每组密封组件(图2)由阀瓣、密封圈、调整块、调节螺钉、夹板和螺栓组成。阀瓣为碳钢板焊件,设有加强筋,即增加阀瓣强度又起导向作用,保证每组阀瓣间的同轴度。阀瓣上镶嵌聚氨脂橡胶圈,该材料具有耐油、耐磨损、性能稳定、密封良好和使用寿命长的特点。在凸轮的作用下,密封圈的球面与阀体密封面相接触产生挤压弹性变形,达到密封效果。调整块和调节螺钉在两组密封组件不能同步到位时可起调整作用,确保各通道密封性能同步到位。 密封组件

3)Parker派克阀杆与阀体隔板和上阀盖间的轴向密封采用O形圈。
(4)Parker派克阀体隔板及上阀盖轴孔部位镶有铜套,可减小与O形圈间的摩擦力矩,密封组件开启与关闭灵活,操作力矩小。 (5)上阀盖设有指示牌及限位螺钉,阀杆上安装指针,明确指示各通道的接通状况,易于操作。
