试验链是满足IEC60598&GB7000.1&EN60598-14试验要求,依据GB7000.1 IEC60598-1 .26.3 条款图29要求设计制造,主要用于灯具未 缘、可触及而且相反的SELV部件的意外短路保护试验。试验链由铜锌合金(Cu63%,Zn37%)制成,未作任何表面处理和涂覆,200g/m负载拉伸时阻值在2.5±20%Ω范围之间。
二、使用方法:
测量试验链阻值,确保其范围为2.5±20%Ω。
测量被SELV部件两 的空间距离,记为X,单位(厘米/cm)。
试验链两端悬挂标准配重=15*X*g或者 大250g的配重。
在被测样品合适位置安装热电偶,接通温度巡检仪。
样品接入0.9~1.1倍额定电压的电源。
放置试验链,进行短路试验。
注意:试验链熔化可成造成烫伤。

l Now there is new standard amendment from year 2000.
l The value of the resistance of the test chain at 200 gram load is specified to 2,5
ohm/meter.
SPEC:
l 2,5 ohm/meter +/- 20 % at load 200 gram/m
l Handling instruction-see below, Material: 37% Zinc/ 63% Copper
l One imp0rtant point is to CLEAN TO CLEAN the chain after EAC usage with
alcohol to achieve the correct start value !!! Control also that the resistance value of
the chain is 2,5 ohm/meter. If not 2,5 ohm/meter you have to stretch/expend the
chain several times by hand so that it successively get lower and lower value until 2,5
ohm/meter.
